Before you start

  • Both businesses have their own Shopify store and can install the app.
  • You have agreed on the products, prices, shipping and returns terms.
  • You can identify one exact retail variant and the matching supplier variant.

Start with one supplier and one mapped SKU

  1. Connect both stores

    The retailer and supplier install FulfillRelay separately and confirm their relationship.

  2. Approve an exact mapping

    Match a retail variant to the supplier’s catalog variant. The supplier confirms the item and its store supplies the current price and currency.

  3. Route a ready, paid order line

    The connection, mapping, payment evidence and plan must be ready. Items that need correction remain visible.

  4. Follow tracking back

    The supplier accepts and fulfills the work in its own Shopify store. Follow that order’s tracking back to the original retailer order.
